I also am tired of spam from certain sites, but some people just don't care, so I will just bombard them with prayer, and let God handle it!
I signed the petition, and I think a copy should be sent to your local FBI office with a letter explaining it. I spoke with a lawyer friend of mine, & that's what he suggested.
